I am giving this bag a 5 star rating because it looks more expensive than it is, it is a chic style, very classy....but, why is there a but! because the packaging for this most desirable of bags was so bad there is a crease where the bottom has been folded back to make a flat pack and it has lined the fabric, if anyone knows how to get this out I would like to know?. I have tried heat with a hair dryer and leaving over night with packing ie a towel rolled up! to no avail!!!Note to the supplier:- for the sake of a little ingenuity this bag should not be folded and the packaging sorted out!!! do I still love this bag...of course I do but before I buy another one please sort out this problem! x

Great bag or so I thought only had a short while but one of the handles fold in and there is a crease appearing which is affecting the stitching which will split sooner than later luckily it has a shoulder strap attached

Very nice handbag - holds lots of things. Only criticism is that it would be better with some velcro or fasterner to hold it together - it is too open and anyone passing can see what is in it - crime risk

Love this. Looks expensive. Was going to return as I’d ordered before really working out it’s size so, whilst not as big as I wanted I’ve kept it and will get another colour.

Just what I wanted, retro style and functional, both achieved. Spacious interior, separate internal pockets including a zip central pocket. Option to add included shoulder strap which is adjustable or use as a tote bag.

This bag was a massive disappointment when recieved. Smaller than expected and looked cheap. Plus more on the orange side rather than tan
