Nubo Filtered Gen II Water Bottle, Clear/White/Red

I won't go so far as giving this product a full 5 stars but I also don't agree with a few of the 1 and 2 star reviews here.Probably the one gripe I had was with the slits on the filter allowing for unfiltered water to flow through. I believe if they made it one full piece it would be near perfect. Not only will it stop unfiltered water from entering, it will also improve the rate at which the water flows through the filter. And honestly I feel as if people want an almost instant water filtration system in which the water practically just flows through without a moment's hesitation, I mean even my Brita water filter takes some time to allow the water to filter through! Although I'm actively trying to not let the "dirty" water go through the slits it didn't take very long for me to fill the bottle.So in the end the water tastes cleaner than its source which honestly is most important and if the maker of this product would just cover them up then I feel that will get a lot of people off their backs. Also on a slightly less important note: Maybe have the labeled sticker on the bottle he more easily removable please.

I was ecstatic to receive the item, but it later turned out to be short of expectation. While they put emphasis on how it outshines other brands in design, i.e without the need to squeeze and suck hard to get mouthful of water, they left the catch under-mentioned. It was tedious and time-consuming to fill up the bottle with a small stream of water, for maximum filtration. Taking a look one step back, which ever the design - one that fills fast but need to suck and squeeze hard to get water in your mouth, and the other, like nubo, gives you fast mouthful of filtered water but takes long and tedious effort to fill it up, seems to square each other off. So, what's next? I hope nubo can come up with an instruction video on how to fill up the bottle up the right way and to achieve maximum filtration effect.

This works very well for travel, when the local drinking water is less than appetizing. I can take it through airport security empty and fill it at an airside drinking fountain and be sure the water will be reasonably drinkable. I also use it for making coffee in hotels. The only problem is it's slow to fill because you have to trickle the water carefully through the filter--and it occasionally leaks if I don't make sure the top and bottom are screwed on VERY tightly.

Could be better. Like the other reviews, I have no idea why they made it so that the unfiltered water can get in. Luckily, I don't care about the filtering too much. Otherwise its nice!

Not thrilled with this product. Thus is a great concept but it is very slow to fill the bottle up. Also, it seems to leak some. I think we will stick with our Britain bottles.
