Ravida Sea Salt, 17.8-Ounce Tubs (Pack of 2)

I like the coarseness level of the sea salt. Not too coarse or fine. Just right.

good salt , won't use anything else, I tried the Maladon salt everyone is ranting about, and it's very good but not like Ravida. To me, it really perks everything up and you feel full faster and I eat less. I've been using it for at least 10 yrs in everything, even baked goods. My son disliked my cooking and when I found this at saltworks and started cooking with it, he started to eat better.

Our adult son was a chef, and his Mother, my wife is a great cook, and this is their favorite Sea Salt. We keep a container by the stove and kitchen work area. Our salt grinders have this salt on the tables.This is the only Sea Salt our picky DIL uses.Best Sea Salt, we have ever used.

Great tasting salt but very pricey

Consistent, deep ocean flavor. Great on the table and in recipes.

Great tasting with a snap

My wife is a gourmet cook, and our youngest son is a professionally trained chef.We were given a tub of Ranida about 6 years ago.A tub is kept by our kitchen work area, and Ravida is used in the place of Kosher or other sea salt in most recipes.We were advised not to use it when my son or I grill meat/fish/poulty. I don't know why. So we use regular sea salt or Kosher salt for our grilling.The nearest retailer is over an hour away. Their prices are higher on Ravida, plus California Sales Tax and our gas/auto expenses besides the hassle of getting to and from the outlet.So buying the 4 tubs from Amazon works great for us. A great price, and it is delivered at no charge to our front door.
