Prodiuct arrive in potective packageing, in plenty of time.Clasp had to be replaced, wore the necklass for 2 days, mostlikly reason it broke was due to the wight of the pendant. Sections for the photos have proved almost impossible to put pictures in, due to no gap between the back section and the rimm around the outside each compartment.Very pritty pendant but not recomended for a locket to hold preshious photos.
