When I saw pictures of the laptop stand, I doubted that it could be sturdy enough. I was surprised when it stood up to my cat walking across it. The joints are marked in degrees so it's easy to align the legs. Check the instruction booklet because the sequence of folding the legs makes a difference in the ease of closing it up. It's been handy for many things besides a laptop... lamp, tablet, books, the occasional cat...

its a great product for a keyboard. as for sturdiness i would have liked it to be metal for that it just seems a little wobbly when i place my laptop on it. but i mainly purchased this for my dad who can not walk anymore, he uses it for his keyboard. in his words "its perfect for what i need it for" the multi height is great because if he raises his bed to a sitting height then he adjusts it to fit his needs. would i recommend this product hmmm you bet i would id buy another one if he wanted it. who knows when i get older i might need one lol

I bought this stand for my wife and she loves it. She used to put her laptop on a pillow, but it would get too hot and overheat. This stand is easy to adjust, lightweight and fits anywhere she sits (the bed, couch, chair, etc...) Money well spent.

Eh, it's honestly a pain. You have to adjust with a button each angle. So its ideal if both sides match. Well I feel by the time I get them to match I know longer care about working! Plus not conducive to manicured nails.

Not very sturdy but I wasn't thinking it would be.Worked for keeping my arm elevated after a surgery but I have yet to use it for a lap top.NOT easy to get the sides aligned

This little device is perfect for me I’m recovering from surgery and I still need to work. What a gave it a five if maybe it was just a little thicker but overall the design is great and going to see how well it does working from bed. No problem folding it into positions. And this little device will keep my legs from getting Computer heat spots.

At first, I thought the fact that it was plastic. With a metal tray for laptop & seperate adjustable mouse tray. Would be a problem. But, actually. It's sturdy enough to setup for working or watching a movie in bed. (easy to lift & set, aside, if nessecary.) Without having to worry that it will, fail and drop everything your working on. It, also works well at a table, by getting the laptop. Up and off the tabletop, raising it to a level for easier viewing and allowing for work space availability. I Love It......!!!

very convenient to put in various positions and angles. holds my various sized laptops just fine but it may not be strong enough to hold up monitor. i don't use the attachment for mouse usage so no comment on thathad this for a few months now. happy i made this purchase!
