The quality of build and materials used for this band are very nice, and it helpfully comes with a new set of screws as well as a couple of screwdrivers. The big problem, however, is that one of the screw channels in the band doesn't line up with the screw hole in the watch body. This causes the screw to go into the outer of the 2 screw holes on the watch body, causing a noticeable gap between the watch and the band instead of allowing the band to sit flush with the body. This only happened with one of the screw holes, so it is a QA defect and not a design defect, but it's a defect nonetheless. If you're the type of person than can overlook the gap, the band will function fine. For a person like myself, however, this is all you'll notice when looking at the watch, and it will drive you mad.

Worked fine on the specific 4VB and 4JE Vivosmart HR's that I had though I had to remove the plastic bit from the non-button side as described by other reviewers and the seller image. Two screwdrivers were included with each band... I believe one was torx (for removing the original screws) and I believe the other was phillips (for driving the replacement screws). The phillips was too small to appropriately drive the replacement screws included but luckily I had other precision screwdrivers to utilize.Replacement bands are a good fit on the watches and time will tell on their longevity. Happy with what I received as Garmin appears to charge over $20 per band at the time of this review. Loses one star given the bad sizing on one of the included screwdrivers.

I was bummed at first because the band didn’t fit. Fortunately, I noticed that on each side of the main unit I could pull off hard plastic covers and then this band fit perfectly. It came with the tools and extra screws but I used my old screws.

This was purchased for my 10 year old sons watch. Wasn't too sure what to expect but to my surprise, it came with everything needed to make this watch band work! My son actually assembled it himself without me even knowing until he did tell me he put the old screws back on it cause he didn't see the new ones....Geez, but needless to say it worked with no complaints. He has had the watch for going on 3 years and I would say that the band has lasted well. If it breaks again before he can upgrade to something more expensive I would definitely purchase this same one again from Amazon! You can't go wrong, easy to assemble, quick delivery, and good price.

I recently had to replace my Garmin Vivosmart HR band because my previous replacement was broken. I found this dark blue and ordered it-- praying that it was easy to install and was a nice color (my previous replacement was not exactly the color I was looking for). Anyhow, I received this band in a timely manner and within minutes had the old band removed and the new one put on. It is exactly what I needed and the color is perfect.Came back to say. Bought this in Jan (20th) and here is is April (27) and I am already having to replace it

I originally started a return on this because it didn't fit. There is a hard plastic piece that won't let it slide on properly. After researching, I found that there is a removable piece from the tracker. It fits great now!

I’m using the blue one and the black one is a backup spare. Fits right and went right on except one screw wouldn’t tighten down all the way. I’m using the original screws and the other three worked fine. I don’t think it will be a problem. So far it looks good and the little loop that holds the end of the strap is nice and tight. It’s a good choice since you get two for the price of one.

I just got my new band today after my band broke. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews saying the band didn't fit etc. The one I received fits perfect. If feels even better quality than the original one that came with my Garmin. I will definitely buy again.
