What’s really weird about this product is that fact it is made about 5-10 miles from my house but I can’t buy it here in Houston. (I think it is only sold at Professional HVAC parts stores) I found it here on Amazon but the prices are all across the board due the fact that each seller sells it a different way. For years I struggled with condensation buildup in my AC system and this is kept my AC drain pipes clean. I pour this down the drain line about every 90 days.Our builder connected the drain lines to our upstairs bathroom sinks. Over the past 20 years I’ve probably had two plumbers and two AC techs coming to fix clogged drain lines both in the attic next to the air handler and in the bathroom sink that they are connected to. Before I was using bleach vinegar and all kinds other home remedies to keep the lines clear with mixed results. Since discovering on Amazon I have been using for nearly 3 full summers and no more clogged lines or sink draining issues. (If you have a slow draining bathroom sink that is connected to your HVAC your HVAC drain line could be a part of the issue and Drano will not work on the slime that comes from HVAC)The instructions say TURN OFF your system when filling drain lines. I have a Lennox system that turns completely off about 45 seconds after turning it off from thermostat.Side note. I’ve used different products from this company for a completely different commercial energy sealing application and we always found it their products to be awesome. No other companies we tried could match the seal we had on high pressure gas lines.

Our A/C unit in South Florida produces a considerable amount of condensation mixed in with (whatever). Between our 2-3 major flush-outs each year, a monthly bottle of NuLine has been very helpful for keeping our lengthy drain line (about 15ft to the outside) free of blockages. We've been using NuLine for about 3 years, continue to be happy with it.
