5 star product, but wrong product.
I chose the corn starch over the corn flour, to use for the body. Well, it’s fine corn cooking flour. It will make nice bread. The price is nice too. The company says all their products are non gmo, so I’m good. Looking forward to adding corn to my wheat flour bread for nice toast. I can almost smell it now. Yum.

got this because it was in a recipe for jam and it was the only white corn flour
I have no had a chance to try it jet because I was more interested in trying to figure out the new bread maker setting to see if it would churn butter; that accomplished, I contacted mfg to get better instruction on setting the custom settings to use for that task. As soon as I get the settings set and make more butter and buttermilk, then I will make a loaf of bread and try the jam recipe. Since I am alone in the house, I can only eat so much bread. Tis' my very first brand new bread maker; always bought used before but since I used it more than I expected and am alone now, I have more time and less interest in making bread with no one to eat it. It was getting hard for me to knead by hand and I have NO counter space and only a one hiney kitchenette.

Gritty and littered with flecks, Don't buy this.
To anybody who's thinking about buying this, if you were planning on using it for something like Brazilian cheese bread where it needs to be a very fine powder consistency, look elsewhere. This is not what you want. This is definitely more of a ground consistency and not a powder consistency. Even after running it through a food processor it was still gritty. It makes me wonder if the label was switched and this is actually cassava flour instead. It also had a few black flecks mixed in throughout it that I couldn't figure out what they were. Throwing the whole bag away.

Exactly what I needed for farofa
So I found a recipe for feijoada (Brazilian Black Bean Stew) and it said traditionally people made farofa to put on it, which is toasted cassava flour. The recipes pointed out not to use starch, use the flour. So I went to my local latin grocery store and bought what the package labeled as cassava flour, but it was not. It was exactly like corn starch and tasted gummy, never browned or anything. So on amazon I found this product, said it was flour, but some of the reviews were terrible! I wasn't sure but I had a huge batch of feijoada and needed to make the farofa (first night I didn't get any farofa, and the beans were fine over rice). This product worked! It toasted up good, and has an awesome flavor and even better texture sprinked on the beans! Very happy.

Not tapioca STARCH!
This isn't the fine powder-like consistency of tapioca starch( which is also called tapioca flour) it's a coarser gritty material. Still tapioca, but not the fine grade I wanted and thought I was buying. So, keep that in mind if ordering. As far as the seller... Product wasn't wrong, and it arrived promptly. But I couldn't use it for what I bought it for. Not their fault. Thus, the four stars.

Use it for dry shampoo
This is an amazing alternative to dry shampoo. It’s very fine and goes right to the roots and rubs in very well.

used for waxing
I use this on clients instead of baby powder and it works amazing, and it’s better for their skin as well. I did put it in a more easily to use container and labeled it, because the bag sucks to try to get it out of.

Peanut flour: Bitter, moist, raw and clumpy
This is gross! Not a flour at all, just coarse, mashed peanuts. When I first opened the bag, an entire peanut was sitting on top, so being curious, I ate it. It was awful! Bitter, it must be rancid. Ten minutes later and my mouth still tastes bitter.Beware, it’s not defatted. It’s moist, and doesn’t smell or taste at all like peanuts. At least my bag doesn’t. It’s not roasted either, so don’t order if that’s what you’re wanting. The listing, under the Buy Now button, says “Eligible for Return or Replacement”. But when I attempted to make a return, it refused, saying it’s NOT eligible for return.I called customer service, got the runaround from the digital voice but eventually it gave in and I spoke with a human. He was very helpful and processed my refund. Please note: the 4.0 rating is very misleading. It’s based on reviews from a variety of different flours. So, while people might be very happy with arrow root or brown rice flour, the peanut people are not pleased. Because of the combined ratings, that’s not reflected, which makes the generally positive rating misleading.

Great rice flour.
Packaging different than pictured. Still brown rice flour!

Good but very mild taste
The peanut taste is pretty good but much less intense than others. For my purposes the flavour was not intense enough. It’s not a fine texture but depending on how you use it that may not matter.

Great item
I really like this. I purchased it to make my own deodorant and it's amazing. It's also great in soups....its better than cornstarch in my personal taste opinion.

Ok
It’s arrowroot powder. I thought it would be larger but that’s ok.

Good price, tastes good.
This is a good price in a nice container, and it works beautifully in gluten-free bread.
