Best brand and best type
So glad I can find these in bulk in the US. I love oatcakes from having lived in the UK for years. Nairns are the best because they contain no wheat, and fine milled is the best in my opinion; not too rough. Of course they crumble, they are oatcakes. Delicious with almond butter and jam - my go-to breakfast. Keeps me full and satisfied for hours. Good also for a guilt-free bedtime snack.

As good as oatmeal and no work
I have eaten this as a dietary mainstay for years. Babies like them too. I cannot eat wheat and this is a great alternative. It is as good as oatmeal without bother. They arrived quickly in the last order even though they come from the UK. And the shipper uses newspaper so you get a bit of extra fun reading the English newspapers, after all best kind of recycle is reuse. The fresh date was far out too. When you find these in the states, and that is hard, they can be old. Enjoy.

LOVE these!
These are hard to find. Having lived in GB for a few years, they are a "habit." Made with very fine oat flour, they are not as "gritty" as some can be. Delicious with marmelade, or cream cheese and jam. There is another variety available (orange box?) - ginger flavored- which are a wonderful alternative to cookies - less sweet, but with a real flavor punch.

SAWDUST: Initially a mushy texture - now just soggy
This is the 2nd or 3rd type of Nairn's that I have tried. Tastes like sawdust. The fine blend turns to mush in my mouth while some of the other variations stayed crunchier longer.UPDATE: By the third box, the cracker barely holds together and falls apart during the trip from platter to mouth. Now these are boxes with 4 sealed packages of 7 crackers each. No moisture has gotten into them but they are soggy (not stale) to the taste. Completely miserable.

OK Oat Cakes
These are all right, but very dry. Not as good as some other oat cakesI've tried.

WONDERFUL DISCOVERY
I LOVE CHEESE AND CRACKERS WITH MY WINE. I USUALLY PREFER THIN WATER CRACKERS. I DECIDED TO TRY NAIRN'S OATCAKE AND I HAVE LOVED THE DIFFERENT TEXTURE AND TASTE. I FIND IT COMPLIMENTS COMPLEX FLAVORS OF A GOOD CHEESE. I HAVE ALSO TRIED BREAKING THE CRACKERS IN MY HOMEMADE SOUPS AND NAIRN'S OATCAKES ADD A NUTTY TASTE I HAVE COME TO LOVE.

Oatcakes
This product is excellent. Because of food allergies to wheat & rice, they are my lifesavers. They take the place of bread & crackers much of the time. Since ordering Nairns Oatcakes through Amazon my delivery time has been shorter & the cost much more reasonable. Sure hope you keep supplying these!

Simple and very tasty
I have a bunch of allergies so my cracker options are limited. These are the absolute best I've tried! I love the neutral flavor, you can use them for both savory and sweet. They're great!
