What I think most are failing to see here is the added forearm workout included with this beast of a machine. The grippers come pre-attached to the bar. Years of pre-adolescent activity fail to prepare you for the muscle confusion your forearms will experience at the attempted removal of a gripper (you must remove a gripper to attach the wheel). If you are still a novice like myself... you may choose to get the help of your spouse.

I workout at home using common exercises. I bought this in hopes that it would help with core abdominal exercises and it does! My abdominal muscles are tighter with so far two weeks of everyday use. I love it, and it’s super easy to use. It’s also tightening my shoulders and arms. I haven’t used it for leg exercises yet but I’m sure it works wonders for them as well. Great purchase easy to use and takes up no space!

I was very skeptical about getting this but it was on sale and I love a good bargain. I got it because my tummy has not been strong and I needed something to work my core and abs out since having two kids pretty much ruined that. This thing hurt so bad after doing it once. I feel so much stronger after using it because my core muscles and abs are sore. I like using the roller for my abs and I also use the handles to do planks and other exercises again for abs and also push ups for my arms. I personally like a jump rope as well to help with endurance and stamina. Great buy and worth it if you are focused on exercising.

Only had an issue in that it came with the handle cover already attached, but that's a minor nuisance. I had to go full-on Hulk with this thing to get the handle cover off, using chopsticks to slide it up, but I was informed that running cold water over it would make it slip right off (and dry it afterward before putting it back on, mind you) but I was able to work with it. This is the most comfortable wheel I've ever dealt with and after trying it out, I commend those who can do it. Going to work at it until I am at that stage, and this makes it worth the effort because of the comfort and quality.

Who knew this would be so fecking hard?! LOLWanna tighten up those spongy abs? This WILL help...and it takes up little space.I used to have a large inflatable exercise ball that I kinda used the same. This is SO much better in that it takes up almost no space and I can even toss it into a suitcase. Score!Granted, it won't do everything a ball can...but cutting the gut it can do.AND...it's stoopid simple to "assemble." If you've ever put grips on a bicycle, you've got this.If not...a little liquid...water/dish soap/whatever...and the handle slides right on.

Extension exercises are very good for your muscles because they increase the length and oftentimes increase flexibility. The Ab Wheel is also a "free weight" exercise in the sense that you can maneuver the weight distribution at your whim to adjust exercises as you see fit. The inclusion of 9 exercises to get started with the Ab Wheel is also extremely helpful in getting anyone started on building their core strength. Hopefully the product holds up long-term! (If not, it is still worth the investment.)

I received my EVO Ab wheel with one of the "handle covers" already on the handlebar, and the other "handle cover" in the box separately. I've been trying to squeeze and twist the "handle cover" onto the handlebar with no luck.

This item requires some self assembly, which includes "sliding" one of the hand grips onto the center bar. It does not fit at all. I got mine slightly more than half way down the bar...was I supposed to lube it up and go to town? Really a dumb problem to have. How can this company think this is an okay product?I will try and use it with the grip hanging off since maybe some day I will get lucky and it will slide on completely.

Defective part had to get a refund. I was contacted Yoga Evo and I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and respect for not only their customers but also their product. They sent me some replacement workout items and I’m soooo happy and satisfied. Thank you guys soooo much I have sooo much respect and admiration for you guys!

it was hard to get it together but after it was put together its been awesome and I use it every day!
