What is the difference between this blue and the red and green variations of the game?

The rules of the game of Ligretto Red, Green and Blue are identical. Each box is for 4 players, with 3 boxes up to 12 people can play at the same time. So if there are more than 4 players you will need another ligretto of a different color than you have.

Is this set with regular sized cards?

Yes. The box is small (which makes it great for storing in the game cupboard), but the cards are regular size.

What language is this in?

I assume it is in English since my sister didn't say anything about it being another language. I bought one for her last Christmas.
