So far so good. I had 1inch hole in my quartz countertop. It fits perfectly. As suggested i had to pump 40 or 50 times before using. But i dont know sometimes it doesn’t come but most of the time is works

1--I'll NEVER go back to a pump-mounted bottle. Even when well-made, they're a pain to refill & always make a mess...sometimes both above & below the counter.2--This replaced a plastic pump that failed in under 2 months...& cost almost as much. Great value here.

Bought this and expected it to work. I had to pump the dispenser far more than 200 times to get it to reach the top. No obstructions and followed the steps as directed by the instruction sheet. Worst of all, I did that for nothing. This soap dispenser broke one month after installing and no one in the household uses it rough. We have no kids and we take care of our things and for some reason this item did not hold up at all. I contacted the seller and asked for assistance before writing a review to see if they can fix the issue but no reply and no help. Waste of money, look elsewhere.
