Yellow Ochre Pure Powdered Pigment 1 ounce jar

Ordered this to use as a barrier so solder only flows where I want it to. Have thought about buying this stuff for years, and not sure why I waited so long. Previously used “white out”, which creates some nasty fumes. Just a tiny bit of this mixed with water in a small and applied with a paint brush works great. If you don’t use all you’ve mixed, you can let it dry and re-use. Very cost effective. No fumes that I can detect.

I use this as a heat stop. I'm a goldsmith and this is a great product to use as a heat stop!

This product works amazingly well for what I needed it for. When soldering silver I mix a little with water in a cup, then paint the inside of the soldered seam. When I add another element, it keeps the seam from spreading apart and keeps the solder from melting.
