It's golden to me, for how it helped the man!
12/3/16 I am updating my review to five stars - I just placed my fourth order of this. This is so fabulous, I have tried so many products (Eucerin, Gold Balm, straight Vaseline, Udder Cream, to name a few) to give him relief for his extreme dry hands. Absolutely nothing has worked like this. He hoards his little jar, and calls it his pot of gold. I love it. Recommend it highly to anyone with extreme dry, cracked skin. Thank you for making something that finally works! Oh, and doesn't sting either!Winter sucks. Let's just put that out there. And with a husband with a skin condition, it sucks even harder. His skin is so terribly itchy in the winter that he even stole my boars hair brush to scratch his legs with. Yeah, medieval torture anyone? While that type of scratching gives him relief, it also leaves him with welts, all over. Painful, sore, bleeding. And let's not get started on his hands...so when I got the chance to review this at a discount in exchange for my honest review, I thought, why not? Now, the name is off-putting, at least to me, because I was expecting an oily substance, and this isn't. It's like a scrub almost, feels a little gritty to the touch. But a nice grit, I don't know how to explain it. And it did soothe his ouchies, and that in and of itself is gold to me. It's a very small little jar, so use sparingly, because you don't need much to spread on really, which is nice. Pleasant smell, and works. I definitely recommend this.
