Comfort
My 1st purchase of a recliner has been a good experience so far. 2 gentlemen delivered & assembled it in situ for me, it took them about 10 mins in all to do this. They were friendly & polite. The chair itself is lovely to use, although on of my cats is a bit wary of the noise it make when operated (no bad thing). My only (small) gripe is I don't feel its supportive enough in the middle of my back but I can remedy this with a small cushion. Very pleased customer.

Some of these reviews and questions relate to different products.This is for the STOCKBRIDGE duel motor electric chair from fenetic wellbeing.Bought for my mum 14 months ago with a 12 month warranty. 14 months in motor breaks.Fenetic wellbeing dont even have the motor to replace it, I assume they break a lot. I however sourced one and fitted myself at a cost of £104. Plus my time. Easy to fit but 14 months, honestly, there is a design fault with a plastic part on the motor which takes all the strain, likely designed to last so long.

Great recliner and lovely pattern
Love the colour and pattern/design of this recliner.....little more modern looking. 4 easy buttons to use plus the use of a usb port on hand control. Quite a long lead too. Assembled by 2 guys who set chair up and checked all worked. Only downside is you can visually see the black mechanism by the feet area while in normal seating position. Other than that very pleased with the product and good price. So far so good.

Very uncomfortable
The mechanism during rising and falling to a stationary point causes a rocking motion! It can make you feel rather disoriented. It’s seat does not lend itself well to a larger person, but could be ok for someone petite. The front of the skirt appears baggy and loose. The material looks nice. I’ve been in contact with the company because the chair appears lop sided. I still have not managed to secure an inspection. I would not recommend this Chair, however they delivered when they said they would.
