Hair feels limp and lifeless
I used to like this but I think they changed the formula. I don't like the way it feels on my hair. It doesn't lather as well as it used to and feels heavy. My hair does not feel clean, feels limp and lifeless after using this.

Pump does not work
Love the shampoo, but the pump is faulty. You have to unscrew it each time to get the shampoo which inevitably wastes some each time.
