The quick guide doesn't tell you how long to charge the battery & doesn't hold long when it charges according to the app battery charge mode on the screen. Also the doorbell camera doesn't come with manual or charger. It has two places to charge but only one is charging. You must have your Wi-Fi on your phone on to connect to Wi-Fi in your home in order for it to connect to Wi-Fi. After receiving Not detecting Wi-Fi, you would have to contact support. I'm getting a lot of staticky interference in the sound. It does give you good camera viewing during the the day, I don't know about night becuz I just got my doorbell today. Night view is colored & you must adjust the setting for lighter viewing during the dark. It's an delay in capturing motion & time when viewing it & rewinding the video. You must put on cruise to caught quick viewing but it's stay slow. I returned it. It doesn't do what I expected.

I can't say how well they work because they would not connect to my wifi. I charged them for 12 hours for nothing. The instructions were lousy and basic. You have to figure it out all on your own. Just do yourself a favor and buy from a company that is familiar. Name brands are always the best, bit in this case rather be safe then sorry. I bought two for both front and back doors. They are going back asap.

Easy to install and setup. Made well. Instructions hard to read, missing wires to hook up to existing wiring, our motion was very delayed, and camera video is poor. Got it today, installed, ran it, removed it and now I’m sending it back. Video Door Bell is well made.

Doesn’t always catch everyone at your door. Really depends on how long they are there but it did help me catch the person who was stealing my packages and let’s you live record and save other time segments if you want. It’s been very helpful !

Unit come with the worst instructions and no mounting kit as you can only use there kit. The quality is what you would expect but the service is even worse I'm still waiting for the installation kit
