Best value and quality scooter
This is a very high quality scooter. I rode a2 before. The 8 inch wheels make huge difference. It is very smooth and easy to ride on pavement. The larger wheel also make it safer to ride over bumps and glide for longer distance. It is very light weight. Compare to a5 lux, it takes little more time to fold, but DLX gives quieter ride. It also folds easier than a2. The only bad thing I found in this scooter is the stopping distance. Before break in, it takes far to stop. It stops better after break in. However, it is longer than my taste. I also ride power a5. The rubber wheel stops much better than dlx. For less than $80, I definitely recommend dlx over lux or power a5.

Great kick scooter, fun to ride and fast
I bought this for my 12 year old, it is higher than the other typical scooters. I can even ride it and with just a couple of kicks, I can glide all the way down the street and when I want to really pick up speed on this due to the bigger wheels and smooth ride. I am heavy ~200lbs and this scooter seems to handle my weight fine. I may buy one for the commute, since it is so light and quick to get around on.

Perfect upgrade
Perfect upgrade from your typical small tire razor. Increase in speed and handles cracks and bumps a lot more efficiently without tripping over and falling. I weight 160 lbs. and it handles great. The only challenge is folding it. But I must say it’s expected due to its durability. You don’t want this scooter to buckle or fold on you during your ride so they made extra sure it’s locked in place which in turn makes it a little tricky to fold.

This Razor scooter is awesome!
I bought this for my 14-yr-old son and he rides it everywhere. I have even borrowed it to go a few blocks to the store and back. It is an amazing smooth ride due to the large wheels and anti-rattle technology. It's built for teenagers and adults up to 220 lbs, although smaller kids can use it too because of the adjustable-height handlebars. The folding feature is so easy. We've taken it with on vacations and visiting relatives. Pay the extra money for the DLX version. It's soooo worth it.

Great kick scooter for adults
I did a lot of research on adult kick scooters before buying the Razor A5 DLX. I trust the brand since we own Razor A1 and A3 scooters in our family - quality construction, durable, light, affordable and easy to use. I narrowed my search to the A5 vs the A5 DLX vs the A6. I think they are all quality buys but I decided against the A5 because of the omission of anti-rattle technology as well as the color schemes/excessive razor branding. I think I would have been happy with the A6 but chose the A5 DLX in favor of it's smaller 8" wheels and better pricing. The stand works great although depending on the size/dexterity of your foot/shoe you may need to operate it with your hand. The scooter has not disappointed and I really enjoy riding it. Although I use it for purely recreational purposes, I can see this being a great commuting/local travel option.

Great Scooter
Well made, assembly not required, tough enough for adult use. Grandson loves it!

Super recomendado.

Sturdy, quiet, perfect size for adults to keep up with their kids
The "anti-rattle" features on the A5 DLX really do work well. Makes for a nice quiet ride. I'm 5'7" and find it an easy fit for my size 9.5 feet. The brake works much better than I anticipated from other reviews - and I've had to use it often because you *will* roll faster than an A3 will! No point in out racing the kid you are out riding with right? The thing is built like a tank, with solid welds all round. I'm happy picking the DLX over the LUX simply for the quieter ride. Try and watch for a sale so the price differential is not so bad.

Best Adult Scooter
Quicker than walking but slower than cycling. so it sits just in between. Very convenient and allowed to be used on pavement which is great for safety. This scooter has the lowest deck than any on the market. This feature make it easy for longer journeys.Adult everywhere, please get yourself this scooter and save time and improve your health at the same time.

Overrated.
It’s nice and light but a bit overrated in my opinion. The ride quality is not that fantastic.

Solid Adult Scooter for Relatively Little Money
For reference, I am comparing this Razor A5 to the three other Micro scooters that I currently own (Classic, Flex+ and Sprite) since I was looking to purchase another Micro scooter when I came across the A5. Given that it's less than half the price of a Micro adult scooter, it was hard to pass it by.And look, it by no means matches a Micro in terms of build quality, sturdiness and smoothness but it is not too far off. It's good enough to make you wonder whether you are getting twice the scooter when you're looking at a Micro.Pros:* Light-weight but strong* Low deck height for easy pushing* Simple folding design compared to the trickier Micro mechanism* Solid handlebar despite being foldable. It is also wider than a Micro ClassicCons:* Does not roll as smooth as a Micro Classic or Flex+* Much noisier than the Classic/Flex+ over bumpy surfaces* Foam handlebar grips feel cheap and probably won't lastOverall, not a bad purchase but I have reservations about how well this A5 will hold up over time. My Micro scooters are more than 5 years old now and they've worked flawlessly since new with zero maintenance. Is that worth paying double the price? I guess it'll depend on how much of a hassle-free ownership experience I get out of this Razor.
