Perennial Farm Marketplace(Japanese Painted) Hardy Fern, Size-#1 Container Athyrium nipponicum VAR. pictum, Gray-Green Fronds with Wine Red Stems

Packaging material was excellent but it was put upside down in the box. Amazon delivered followed instructions on outside of box that said “this side up”, but plant was upside down so some fronds were broken. But otherwise healthy plant as described. It’s recovering from the trip.

Wow! The packaging was impressive! All of my 6 plants arrived in a box that was properly secured in a way that not a single stem on my plants was broken! All my plants were healthy and now jazzing up my landscaping!

I have ordered multiple plants from this company, and I have been so pleased with every purchase. The plants have all been in fantastic condition and are all thriving in my yard! They definitely helped brighten my day through the quarantine.

When it arrived in the box it was mostly black looking with one small greenish - gray patch on it. My wife is a Master Gardener and she tried to save with sun light and water, but was unable to. It's now entirely brown and dead. Amazon won't take it back, and a refund is not a Amazon option apparently.. Yay Amazon.

It was packed nice no damage healthy plant

Arrived pretty much dead. After a few weeks it has little to show for signs of life. Well packed in the box.

The plants arrived in very good condition, but they don't appear to be Japanese Painted Ferns. They are green with green stems. They do not look like the 2 painted ferns already in my shade garden or the picture.

Unfortunately, the Texas heat seems to have been too much and here 2 months later, my plant is dead. Had behind a palm tree and on my porch out of direct sun. Was alive when it was shipped to me.
