The media could not be loaded.  Remodeling the kitchen, we came across some unexpected expenses that brought us way over budget.. decided to save some money and shop for a more affordable faucet .. since touch less was a must have feature, The faucet I initially chose, At a local home improvement store, quite similar to this, was actually twice the price!!So after days of researching and comparing,I ultimately, decided on this one.. so happy I did!! This faucet is absolutely stunning!I was very pleasantly surprised to see the brushed nickel didn’t have a yellowish hue to it as other brands in this finish do..The quality compares to very high end lines , the motion touch option is sooo Awesome!! No more fumbling trying to turn the knob with filthy hands- also makes its so much easier for my kids to clean there hands , since they could not reach the handles before.. it’s very solid and durable., very modern looking..Love that the hose is also really long.. I can get to my countertop ice maker now easily.. Whereas before I would have to lift the heavy appliance over to the sink, my old hose was standard and super short.. This Faucet is a total game changer!! The high neck was just what I needed, to get under large stock pots as well.We also saved $350 on plumber expenses with this model, it’s designed specifically for easy, homeowner installation.. even came with easy to follow, clear instructions telling you how to install it. also I was happy to see that the batteries are very easy to replace.I’ve had it now for two weeks and I absolutely adore it, it’s my favorite part of my new kitchen! This faucet has surpassed my expectations and more! Unbelievable value , Beyond impressed!Highly recommended

This ia a beautiful, very functional, easy to install faucet. Very well made and heavy(sturdy). The Mfg. Soosi are great to work with. I asked foa an additional faucet head and they sent me two and quickly from overseas. Thank you so much for your exceptionally product and communication. I have already recommended your faucet to other people. Don't be afraid to purchase this faucet that compares to the big brand names...you will not regret it.

Update December 11 2023: My faucet has started to leak a bit of water out when the water shuts off between the handle body and the rest of the faucet. I have contacted the seller by way of the Amazon assistant for a resolution. I will update if I hear back.Was looking for a 3 function motion sense faucet and this fit the bill. The 3rd function is almost like a pressure washer, it can get stuck on messes removed, but prepare for spray to go everywhere. The spray head is plastic, but I couldn't find a similar function in this price range that didn't have a plastic head. I will say the head alignment tab is a tiny piece of plastic that was broken on mine. Customer service sent me a new one no problem. Took some getting used to but am happy with the unit. I did see the same model without the Soosi branding on it for cheaper than the $200 this sells for after a Google search. Although the cost savings may not make up the difference for the piece of mind you get shopping on Amazon. I would have liked to see removable lines. If the cold/hot water lines ever fail or get damaged they are not replaceable. The unit I had to replace used thin copper tubes that twisted when I went to replace the old hot water line that was leaking. This is what caused me to purchase this unit. The built in flexible lines are better than that old setup, but still use caution when installing.On a side note, because the water lines are built in, you could end up with a lot of slack if you can't change the configuration of your supply pipes. The lines are long enough though if the supply lines are in the same cabinet you should have plenty of hose to make your connection.

The control box has developed a slow leak in just two months of use with a family of two. There is a five year warranty and I have contacted the manufacturer through email. I could not find a phone number to call, or web form to fill out.(They have responded to my email even though they are on holiday and I expect replacement in two days.)-The new control box was easy to replace and corrected the problem.Review and rating may be upgraded depending on how this is resolved.PostitivesQuality and appearance of the oil rubbed bronze faucet is good and shows now signs of wear in two months.Easy to install if you can get access installation location. Once the sink grinder/disposal unit was removed faucet installation was much easier. Brass fittings and heavy duty hoses allow easy connections to existing plumbing.Sensor works all the time, even if it is too low and gets sprayed from the shower.Hoses seem to be high quality.NegativesThe large weight that attaches to the hose to return the nozzle from outstretched position frequently hits valves, hoses , drains and water valves. Sometimes the hose hits or gets stuck on these items under the sink and faucet does not get properly seated.The automatic sensor is not at an easy spot to get to when the sink is full of dishes or large pans.The spray head defaults to shower and not flow/fill setting.The quick connect fittings and control box are plastic and do not appear as reliable as the rest of the faucets quality.

We bought this product during a kitchen remodel and initially everything was working beautifully; however, over time the sensor to turn on and off the water started having issues. Sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't. Then at one point, the sensor turned the water off and we couldn't get the water to come back on. We had to completely remove the entire thing just to be able to get the water to work again. This may look nice on your counter, but it will not do the basic function that a faucet is supposed to do. If you want something that looks nice, buy it. If you want something that works, by something else.
