Excellent Vitamin D3

My go too vitamin. Helps tremendously with my knee joints, I can tell when I quit taking this my knees pop and grind. vitamin d level was low these brought me back up. I take 1000 IU which is slightly more than the RDA but as I said I was low. Make sure to take w a fatty meal.

Normally cannot take his doses of vit D as it causes diarrhea! This one does not so a bit curious and glad at the same time! Hopefully it raises mt D count

If you are allergic to wool, this is the vitamin D for you. I never knew this before until having bad stomach and digestive issues and finding out about food sensitivities, but most vit. D is made from lanolin, and that can bother people who have wool allergies. Don't worry if wool makes you itchy. That does not necessarily mean you have an actual allergy to it (apparently wool allergies are not very common). It can itch because many forms of it are actually scratchy. But if you've had an allergy test done and know you are actually allergic to it, be careful of what vitamin D you take.
