The bracelet is very nice. I thought it was supposed to be an Alex & Ani since it was listed under that. It is from another company. I hope my daughter ccepts it or I will have to return it. I was disappointed.

The look of this was very pretty in person but the charm disappeared the first time my daughter wore it which is very disappointing. The piece that holds it opened up and the charm must have fallen off without her noticing. Now it's nothing more than a meaningless bangle. I would not recommend this or purchase this again.

I've had this bracelet in my possession for two months and the daughter charm has already fallen off and I cannot find it. Extremely disappointed that's a lot of money to pay for my bracelet I can no longer wear. Can I get an exchange at least?
