Long Life Pads for OMRON TENS Unit - Pads for Electric Muscle Stimulator - Designed for Lower Back, Arm, Shoulder, Leg, and Foot

I have the small portable Omron TENS unit. It came with two long life reusable pads. After about 6 months of frequent use, my original pads need more and more frequent washing to stick properly. I took that as a sign they were due to be replaced. These are great. I store them on the little plastic holder that came with my TENS unit. Keep them clean and flat and they adhere well to clean skin. When they get dirty or aren't sticking, follow instructions--"wash" with water, let dry-- bam!, they stick again. I use the stickers several times a week, so they aren't super pretty. Some dents, discoloration, creases, but they still stick. If you take care, they'll last at least 6 months of regular use. That being said, you don't need to treat them like they're too fragile. I keep my in the work backpack and lug them to and from everyday. They're in a carrying bag but still- they're thrown around. And they've been fine. I've had great relief with these and my Omron TENS unit. I have chronic migraine and neck pain. For me, Neck/shoulder pain can trigger a migraine and a migraine can trigger neck/shoulder pain. I use these for acute pain relief. They work well, are easy to use, easy to clean, and super convenient. I really appreciate that they are reusable because many at-home treatments involve so much single-use plastic. Pain relief is going to change depending on setting/use and situation. I do sometimes have issues were one pad is sending stronger signals than the others. It's usually a matter of cleaning the pads and re-positioning. But it can be annoying because the unit I have controls both sides together. Additionally, you do need to take care to have clean skin. Sweat, lotion, sunscreen, etc will make pads not stick or stay in place. Finally, I do usually use these on my neck. And sometimes the shape makes it difficult to get them to stay, because the neck isn't flat. Using the pads on joints, crevices, curves does make the adhesion more difficult. But overall, fantastic product

I am very pleased with my Omron Electrotherapy Max. These are the exact replacement pads for that TENS device and are identical to the ones included with it. The original pads lasted for a bunch of uses. I didn't keep an exact count but I'd bet it approached 50 applications. But eventually I did need replacements so here I came! Somewhere along the line while using the original set of pads I managed to break the plastic "paddle" used for storing the pads when not in use. It was a clean break in half and I made do until it was time to order more. When I looked at the product pictures it led me to believe a new paddle was included with the pads, but NO PADDLE IS INCLUDED. I called Omron customer service about the lack of the storage paddle and when I explained mine was broken they mailed me one at no charge! NICE! And I didn't have to wait on hold more than a few seconds either. What come in the box is the Electrotherapy unit, 2 AA batteries, 2 pads, cables, a pad storage holder, a helpful quick start guide and manual and a basic drawstring bag just right to hold it all. It all seems well made and simple to use, except maybe the bag which may not hold up over time. But, that's really a nit pick! The pads are supposed to last for 150 uses assuming they are gently washed under cold water every 10th use. I wash more frequently so I expect to get less. Replacement Pads are not terribly expensive so I don't mind. I remain very pleased with these pads and they have been very long lasting for me. The whole Omron TENS device has been very helpful at reducing pain and getting sore muscles to heal. Even though the storage paddle is not included in the package I think these pads are a 5 star product. I'd have taken 1 star off, but I had such a positive experience with Omron that this still gets 5 stars from me. Hope this helps someone.

Great replacement for my little Omron pocket tens unit. I tried cheaper pads, but honestly, these are the same pads that came with my tens unit and those lasted a year with regular use, of course proper cleaning and storing after use is a major factor. I wouldn’t skimp on pads just to save a few bucks you end up buying 10 sets or 20 sets of generic pads and then end up spending more money than what two of these costs and how long they last.

These large ones (PMLLPAD-L) have been a lifesaver, lasting me over 6 months of regular use – even surviving falling asleep wearing them. The trick to keeping them sticky? A simple rinse and air dry after each use. While placement on my curved neck can sometimes need a little adjustment, the consistent pain relief and reusability make these a must-buy for fellow Omron users or if you're looking for a quality TENS unit to provide relief. Omron is superb!
