Dries hair fast. Very easy to use. I love that you can dry your hair and brush it at the same time. Great way to dry your hair and comb it at the same time. Heats up fast and feels like a quality product.

The 3 & 1 is a ok hair dryer / styler. I have seen better. The air is blows is great. Has a lot of power and works fast to dry your hair. Its the brush I am not sure about. My hair isn't long nor short either. But I couldn't get my hair to style anything but straight and frizzy. I used products to try and take the frizzes out of my hair. But ended up starting all over to only do it again. My niece might like the dryer. But it isn't for me.

This product stopped working the second time I tried to use it! Something inside seemed to go “zap”, and then it started smoking and almost caught on fire! Now it won’t even turn on. It arrived in good packaging and seemed to have been delivered in excellent condition, so I don’t think it was damaged en route. It was not dropped or mistreated either. I hope this was just a fluke!

This is the Best and easiest product to use. Super lightweight, moves through hair so easily. Never tangles when rolling and styling. Drys and styles perfectly. I no longer need my blow dryer, hot rollers or flat iron this does it all with less frizz too. I just wish I could flag it to 220v so I could bring it with me out of country. But overall it’s a great product.

I was very excited the first few times I used this product. It did dry and smooth my hair at the same time. However, after a few times using it, it started to make "popping" noises, and before I knew it little sparks came out and singed off sections of my hair. I think this is a case of you get what you pay for and this was too good to be true. Now I have to find a way to regrow the hair that burned off!

I purchased this 6/28/19 per my order history. Today it died. I was doing my hair and it just quit - - no sparks or smoke - - and would not turn on again. My last one (another brand) lasted 2 years. I had hoped to get that out of this one. Time to by another one, but not this one.

Loved it and loved how it dried my hair and left it silky smooth. However, after about a month it would no longer work on the high setting and it started making a clicking sound. Almost seemed like there was a short in it electrically—sounded like a spark. Of course at that point it was no longer eligible for a return so I was out the money.

Love this product. The finished results are what is the best about this product. I consistantly get compliments on my hair. People always think I just came from the Salon. Con it is a little heavy you have to get use to it.
