GPS saved a lot of hassles...
Very useful product. My mum lost contact with me in a local town and I was able to work out that she had taken the bus home as the GPS location was showing on the phones app. Saved me from waiting for her at the location that we had agreed to meet up at if we got separated.Battery life is reasonable lasting 1 and a half to 2 days. The Sim is multi network so it can connect to whichever network is nearest/available a very useful feature and possibly a clincher for me...

Avoid, poor usability, not value for money.
Woeful charging design on product. I bought it for my father who has dementia so my mum could go out with him without worry of wondering off. I frequently have trouble connecting to my mothers phone, (didn’t realize you need to pay either monthly or pay as you go for the SIM, it never works when most need it and charging it is almost impossible with a useless charging connector. This makes trips with my father even more.It takes time to get get it to work and my mother finds it difficult to use.Positive is it is a clever design and the idea is good, but fiddle to use and set up.

Functioning GPS watch
Very useful for customer with learning disabilities. He is very independent but got lost once so this is only to track him in an emergency. Trials showed it to be effective. Accuracy was quite good. It would lose the connection to the network at times which was a little worrying but it came back in time to complete the tracking of the person. The customer is happy with the watch format. The other functions are not really accessible for him like calling or sos. They would have to be bigger and more distinctive buttons for him. They are not essential for his purpose though, it is mainly for the gps tracking.

Don't buy this watch!
Bought this expensive watch mainly for the heart rate monitor, route playback/location finder and emergency calling features. Route playback is worse than useless, I live in Sussex and yet it was often saying I was in Watford, over 90 miles away, of if I wasn't there I was in another village about five miles away. Yesterday I drove home and over an hour later it was saying I was five miles away. The heart monitor on the watch doesn't work. Did a work out at the gym last week, and although the ap was I guess correct, putting my heart above 120 for a long period on the watch it never got above 80. The emergency calling feature also doesn't work, my friend was getting lots of notifications (not phone calls) saying I needed help! And by the way the calorie useage also only counts walking steps taken outside which isn't exactly a useful feature. The battery was meant to last over forty eight hours. No it managed about thirty hours before it started vibrating to tell me to charge it.I didn't try any of the other features because I didn't need them. I dont have dementia and just wanted a watch to call for help on with a reliable gps. I am a farmer so out and about a lot by myself. I have a GPs tracker on my dog which doesnt say he is in random places over ninety miles away, fortunately!!Lots of conversations with customer service, who were not able,or willing,to resolve the problems.

Excellent tracker vulnerable adults
The watch was reasonably simple to set up, although someone not apps and gadgets aware might find it a bit confusing. I will be telling our Doctor (Dementia Specialist) about this tracker and I think that they should promote products of this type to help carers with the support of the vulnerable

Difficult charger which is easily dislogded
Battery life short. But charging watch awkward because it has to be balanced on top of the charging cable and is easily dislodged. Big disadvantage. Easy to wear and accurate provided ok signal but not useful to know where wearer is, more where they have been

battery life an issue
this was the best watch I could find using the internet . nb the battery life although initially seemingly ok reduces quickly . the accuracy of the location finder lags behind the actual position there are better ways eg some phone location finders are more accurate but rely on the user keeping the mobile with them . However this is still probably the best one can do in terms of current watches but hopefully the issues highlighted can be improved

Could be better
Disappointed with sound quality and lack of monitoring service currently- also it appears to be too masculine in appearance for the ladies

don't buy
It would not connect using the AT&T card like it said. Took it to verizon and AT&T and they could not get a sim card for it. Emailed and called the company and it took 2 months until someone got back to me. I had already sent the watch back. It had said in the description that the sim card was included when I originally ordered it.

niente traduzioni in Italiano sulle istruzioni... vi sono tutte le lingue immaginabili
Purtroppo non ci sono le spiegazioni in lingua Italiana... è proprio scandalistico.

No puedo valorarlo

After a few months of use, and since the change of application, it is impossible to pair the watch with the new GUARDIAN PRO CPR application. And the emergency call, from the red button on the watch, no longer succeeds! So the watch and / or the app is unusable!
