Not a bad product
A good product generally. I would not buy this for everyday use as we have nappies recycled for us by the council with a nappy bin provided and recycling bags as well (the Munchkin nappy bin is also recycled as well if put out with nappies in by our local council). However I would rather use this than pay a fortune for the Tommee Tippee bin, which is very expensive and not particularly good. Yes I did catch my hand on the top of the munchkin bin occasionally when pushing nappies through (it’s never cut my hand though - not sure how you could do that with blunt plastic to be honest) and it’s not perfectly rigid unless full, (however these have never fallen over when I have used them) but they are good for travel, for use on a labour ward (as I recently found out), for days out and many other different scenarios, where it wouldn’t be appropriate to take a large nappy bin (and so you have smelly nappies in a small nappy bag instead) and the Munchkin bin covers the smell of a dirty nappy very well. Convenient, idiot proof and good for travel because of their initial foldable design which can be opened out, so as to save space.

Buy anything else other than this
I don’t understand why Amazon chose the worst baby product I’ve ever seen to offer as the baby wishlist free gift. Why they had to make this disposable is also outside of my comprehension. This is essentially any nappy bag but fits more nappies. A bin bag wouldn’t be as pretty but would do the job much better. This doesn’t hold its weight unless it’s already full of nappies, you have to always peel the sticker top off in order to put nappies in and because you need to push the nappy in through the plastic hole (which hurts your hand when you do it) after, the sticker top is just in the way. Also quite expensive for what it is.I don’t think I’ve ever been both this mystified by a product and also this disappointed all at the same time.

It works
If your little one uses nappies then this is a MUST for when you go on holiday. Holds lots of used nappies but even better it holds in the pong!

Fine for occasional use
Its basically a plastic bag! I thought it would be more structured. It would probably be fine for one or two trips on the road but nothing more than that.

Not great, at all
Cheap plastic waste, would be ok on a camping holiday or something where you need to stash a few dirty nappies without being able to get to a bin.The best way I can describe it is two McDonald’s plastic cup lids complete with horrible straw hole on either end of a tough plastic bag with a lid like you find on disposable baby wipes

Perfect for short term solutions
I bought this product to take on holiday to a hot country (av temp 29C) - I bought three boxes for month. This was perfect. The bag held a fair amount of soiled nappies which were in nappy bags. I would say about 15/20 over a few days. The bin is perfect, for what was needed. There were no smells until I opened the flap to push a nappy in. You would never know there was a nappy bin in the room at all. Easy to dispose of and easy to use/assemble.I would recommend, especially for trips away/camping and wish I learnt about this sooner!

Don't expect the earth
Honestly the best idea for our first family holiday. We went to a Haven caravan park and I didn't fancy having nappy smell all holiday, or leaving a bag outside the door for the seagulls tear into. These really do the trick, are small enough that you can pop them in the bathroom or bottom cupboard next to the bin.My son wears 6+ nappies and over 7 days we filled two, to give a realistic representation of usage. They are not the best thing in the world but they are great for a stand in solution.
