Wire is small
Perfect for my electronics project. The wires were just too small for my wire cutter holes making them annoying to cut, but they all work fine

When it comes to rainbow ribbon cable, this is the Good Stuff!
It seems most of the ribbon cable sold here on Amazon has this annoying clear "film" that essentially just causes problems all the way around. This 26-conductor 28-gauge rainbow ribbon cable I just received is EXACTLY what I was looking for--and you probably are as well. Perfect for retro computer projects, such as old Apple II machines. The colored strands separate from each other perfectly--exactly as you would expect/hope. The wire sheathing strips cleanly using several different wire strippers I own--from crappy Harbor Freight to top-shelf Klein versions.

From a by-gone era
It's gonna pimp out the inside of my Commodore 64 where nobody will see. But you and I will know! It's got the VICII2 NTSC/PAL mod card, which is in the way of my SIDFX board so I need to relocate the SIDFX board. THIS cable was needed and it's just perfect. Not because of inclusive identity politics, ANYBODY would agree that the inside of the C64 could use a little color. 14 wires jumper each side of the 28 pins DIP.

Good stuff. Love the colored wires
I got this to build up cables and adapters for a project. 16 pin IDC connector on one end to single IDC (F) on the other end. The colors allow me to read the color code straight off the wire without any additional labeling.
