I am still working to get back into ketosis,This unit is easy and fast to use,I am very impressed with the he customer service,My original items didn't work as it should.Ketone meter replaced it with no fuss.They stand behind their products.This company has high standards of quality and I appreciate that.

Those thing does not work at all I returned mine. I get the whole process of clearing it 3 times and Blew into the BreathalyzerAt 1st I thought it was Working the next few days that was trying I would clear it.3 times and a we give out readings with nobody blowing into it each time getting higher and higher with nobody blowing in at all readings of 5.7 and higher Completely inaccurate does not work Do not waste your money on this device get a blood test or instead

For anyone interested in checking their ketosis level, there are three basic options: (a) prick yourself to draw blood each time, (b) dip a test strip in your urine, or (c) use a breathalyzer like this one. The blood option is accurate for most purposes, but it is expensive and bloody. The urinalysis strips are relatively cheap, but must be used within a month or two of opening the package. For long term testing, a breathalyzer - which can be used again and again - is the way to go. Problem is, the premium breathalyzer on the market costs hundreds of dollars. Enter cheap devices like this one.This particular model is basic, and obviously quite cheap. The results it gives seem to be quite off, but of course I can't say that for sure. The attached brochure is practically unintelligible, and certainly misleading. I read it so many times and tried to follow its impossible guidelines (don't take a deep breath and then exhale for 10 full seconds), until after many unsuccessful attempts I realized what it probably meant to say (inhale deeply, hold for 20 seconds, then exhale for 10 seconds after the beep). Too bad the writers, who clearly used Google Translate to produce the brochure, were not familiar with the device. Why then the four stars for this cheap POS? Because at this price range, it's the best one can hope for. If you need to rely on the results for medical certainty, spring for a better device.

Unfortunately I received 2 faulty products. One for me and one as a gift. I have used other breath meters before. Directions say to test 3 times when using new product to get out residuals. We attempted upwards of 10 times over the course of a few days, no readings ever occurred over 0.00 - 0.20. Comparing to another meter not part of this purchase at the same time, we were getting readings of 2.45 - 3.75.Shipping was much faster than stated though. Otherwise meters appeared in good shape, instructions were clear, and it came with all pieces and carry bag.

At first I thought maybe it wasn't working. I would breathe in and it would give me the red light and zeros. After a few days of NOT cheating on keto, it read out numbers and gave me a green light. So it does know. But be sure to take a big breath and don't eat or drink for about a half hour before doing it, as per the directions that we don't often like to read.

Works very well, easy to use, great for on the go. I Have a blood meter, and the numbers are not reading the same. Results also depend on blowing appropriately. But the great thing is that it will tell you if your in keytosis. And Relatively how deep. And there are no expensive test strips to buy! the battery works for several months. This is my second one, I have 2 so I can keep one in the car. One thing to note though is that You can’t drink and use it because alcohol will make the value falsely high, and I just learned that sugar alcohols will also affect of the reading, and as we know those sugar alcohols are in many of our keto products. I don’t think the sugar alcohols affect it for a long time, but I don’t know how long you have to wait before the sugar alcohols have worn off.

The product is simple enough. However, the instructions are laking detail. I cannot get an accurate reading, that is to say I cannot get a reading al all. I am just looking for an item that works and this isn't it. I do not want it, am returning it. Close to being considered junk.

Works great. Measured it to a blood test and it matched perfectly on three different occasions. Definitely beats pricking your finger.
