I love this brand and color of hair dye. It's very easy to use and dyes stubborn gray well. I use shampoo designed to protect color so with this the color lasts a good while, 6-8 weeks before the hair grows out and needs to be redone. I have no complaints and have used this brand for years. They discontinued the original color I used but I found one very similar which has been fine. I don't want to switch so yes, I would highly recommend this hair dye.

L’Oreal Paris Excellence Creme is good color wise . It gives a good coverage for gray hairs and the conditioner is also very good . The conditioner makes my hair so silky smooth. But I feel there are few cons to this one: - It has a very sharp pungent smell when you mix the ingredients and can irritate your nose. - The gray coverage lasts only few days. I feel like I need to apply every 2 weeks which seems cumbersome task. - It's too costly if I need to apply it every 2 weeks even if only for root coverage. Overall , I Would say its okay to use as it is comparatively cheaper than running to Salon every other month.

If you like to have blond hair, this is a very good option. I just used this L'Oreal hair color & it is really Excellent. I have Never used a hair color this gentle without damage to my hair & covered all my white hair as well. I love this Brand & will be ordering again.The price is Amazing too. In CVS the same thing is $14 & here it is $5.99 I recommend this Brand in any other color as well. Also I see NO damage to my hair. 1st color that completely covered my white hair:)

This was my first time trying L'Oreal Paris Excellence Crème Permanent Hair Dye and I am pleasantly surprised at how well it blended my gray roots without any harsh line. I normally use a salon grade color that my stylist uses if I do it myself at home. I watched a bunch of videos before I got the courage to pick a color and give it a try. I used the same color that my stylist uses, the Medium Ash Blonde 7.5A and it's perfect, not gray or green or reddish, just a nice medium blonde. I had always colored my hair dark in my younger years and have been working on going light because I'm now so gray that the grow out needed color every 2 to 3 weeks. I used the L'Oreal just on my gray roots, I didn't pull it through to my ends, the starting color of your hair will affect your color outcome results. This worked for me much like what I see on "Gray Blending" videos so I'm really happy. I left it on 45 minutes (longer than the instructions suggested) because even at the salon if the stylist doesn't leave the dye on longer than recommended, I end up with hot roots and in need of toner. I'll be watching for any fading before I know if it's truly "Permanent", but I sure hope it is. This was much easier than mixing my salon style dye in a bowl and "painting" it on. A big bonus was also that it didn't burn or itch and didn't smell harsh! Yay! Now I can stop paying 70.00 dollars for a root touch up at the salon and I'll tip myself! I'm a convert and will re-order.

It arrived a little after the expected delivery date. But the seller sent a message ahead of time that it is possible to happen. But offered help if it was necessary. It was packed safely and well. The item worked well on dark blonde hair.

I normally get my hair coloured at hairdresser. I have deep ash blonde “base” with multi highlights. Dreaded ruining my hair with home colour. Beautiful colour. My hair feels fantastic. Roots (grey) for 25 minutes then worked the colour thru my hair for 3-5 minutes. Grey covered. Multicoloured hair. Great. Toned down any brassiness with pulling colour thru my hair for minimal time. The pre-root conditioner is great. Pulled thru bottom 1/2 of my hair.

I ordered 4 boxes & they came late, i was disheartened, however when they came i was very surprised, it covered my copper hair dye and looks and feels great, no runs or mess in the bathroom and i only needed to use 2 boxes this time so coverage is great, i hated the smell while applying, but it soon go's when you wash and the shampoo an conditioner is very refreshing, my hair is glossy and healthy, my new go to hair dye for sure.

I haven’t used the product yet as it didn’t come with any gloves which was frustrating.
