Buy 4 -5 sizes up, not down! Not for larger men.
I purchased an XL for my husband. He couldn't even pull it past his bottom to try it. I'm going to get a XXX-L for him to try. I'll update once I do. For those with a similar size he is: 6'3" 268lbs, chest 52", waist 50".UPDATE: XXX-L is still way too small. yes hard to admit
I actually like this as an undershirt and when I work out. But I have used it to "go out" face it I look better in it as I am older and struggle with keeping the gust away. I would recommend this it is actually really comfortable, really good for the price, especially if you have bought tommy copper stuff before you will be surprised.
