We used this outdoors along our gutter to keep the birds from nesting. Worked like a charm! We had a bit of trouble with the streamers coming off in the beginning, but for the cost and not having to deal with the birds it was worth it.

The fringe came out of the bag with sections already torn off!!

They look great but are a bit fragile. They tended to "shed" with minimal contact.
