Works well for me
Used to track our recyclable material. It is working well and helping us keep track of our total weights. It was packaged well and easy to setup, use controls, and read display.

It arrived on time. It is accurate (I have a duplicate that has been certified, and this one reads the same)--even on carpet (unpadded). The price was good. I would buy it again.

I thought this scale was exactly what I was looking ...
I thought this scale was exactly what I was looking for until I received it and discovered that it only records gradations to .5 lbs! Since I don't buy scales often I didn't even think to check this although, I will admit it does state that the capacity is 400 lbs x .5 lbs. This may be OK for parcels but not for body weight! Buyer beware!!!

I purchased 2 of these and one is not working after a few months. Sent a request for refund via Amazon and have not heard back. Very disappointing as we expected better customer service. Other unit is working as of today but the cost to have someone repair far outweighs the original cost. I guess you get what you pay for.
