Polycom VVX 410 12-Line Desktop Phone (Power Supply Included)

I needed a new phone from the same brand. This phone provided to extra features I needed for my business. I received the phone on time and arrived in excellent condition.

Buyer beware. These phones have firmware in them from 2010 & they cannot be upgraded to work with today's current VOIP software system.

Although the overall condition was good, the screen had several small scratches that didn't effect the display.

Excellent quality

We have a lot of the VVX-400 phones. This phone also works with Jive but it came with some crazy firmware on it so I had to send it back and I ended up just getting another 400.

I could not set this up, and it has no PoE functionality. Had to troll the internet to find tech support. Also, this is a HP product. Had I knew that, would never have purchased because I find HP products very cumbersome. This product is not user friendly and you'd better have an IT department handy. When I did reach support, they were very friendly, but one sent me packing to my VoIP provider, and the other sent me instructions that did not work. I think if I fooled with it, I might be able to get it working, but simply do not have the time. AND IT ADVERTISES FREE RETURNS. THE RETURNS ARE NOT FREE. THEY CHARGED FOR SHIPPING AND IT SEEMS THAT AMAZON WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. REPEAT THIS IS NOT A FREE RETURN ITEM.

The Polycom VVX 410 has been a great phone for our executive team and employees that spend a lot of time on the phone. It's also an amazing receptionist phone, set it up with a sidecar to enhance our companies secretarial abilities.

Make sure you have support for theses phones before you buy. They are not plug and play to say the least.
