This is an excellent product! I've used one for years and it was just time to replace it. It stayed sharp for well over ten years because I only used it for its intended purpose.... peeling tomatoes. Amazon offered a great deal to get two of these knives for a great price so i will replace my "old faithful" one with one of them and gift the other oneI look forward to using my new one on this year's bounty of tomatoes!

I love this knife! It's amazing on tomatoes. But i also use it on onions when i need to slice them very thin. It's lightweight and sharp a heck!!!

Excellent knife for slicing especially tomatos

This knife is great for slicing tomatoes. It slices without squeezing the tomato. I have one for several years and it stays sharp. I bought this one for my niece who had used mine and she loved it.
