Love doing the stretching exercises to music!! Gentle, toning and strengthening moves, great for seniors, or those who are limited because of recovering from surgery. Complete and understandable explanations.

What happened to Thursday? Not a big deal in the overall scheme of things, but come on! I have 2 of her other videos and I like this one the best, which isn't saying much! If you want stretching for seniors, or for out-of-shape people, or for those of us with bad knees, etc., go with Ann Pringle's series.

Excellents exercices tout en douceur/Great morning routine
Excellents exercices d'étirement tout en douceur. Exactement ce qu'il me faut au sortir du lit! La série de mouvements semble facile au premier abord, mais mine de rien, ces exercices s'avèrent efficaces./ A good way to start your day. Although the movements seem easy-peasy, the smooth and sensible routines are great workouts.

Don't waste your money on this one.
Although it appears to be targeted to a senior person, I would hesitate to give it to anyone who does not have some background in exercise or dance as they would be too frustrated trying to follow along. The pace is fast with very little explanation about how to position the body. There is quite a bit of bobbing to the exercises with the head held high which I think carries a higher risk of injury. She refers to the isometrics she talked about - but didn't actually talk about it?? Overall very boring, dated and poorly done.
