Came a few days ahead of schedule; I was pleased with their packaging!Dry ice kept those suckers rock-hard frozen and my roommate even joked about our box being “frosty” (to be fair, it was a drizzly day).The breasts thaw quickly in cool water and cook in like under twenty minutes. Perfect for when I’m just tired but don’t wanna eat garbage.Absolutely will be hitting these people up again.

We sous vide these in our Instant Pot and sear them on our Foreman Grill. I rub them with olive oil, garam masala, and pepper. They don't need salt because they're packed in saline. Perfectly tender every time. Will reorder. They're wonderful with roasted brussels.
