I love ginger tea! Excellent value for your money. Great for your health. Package says hot or cold. When made hot, this tea mixes well. However when making it cold (that is how I like it), it will leave a blob or two of shredded ginger that will not mix. Probably need to make it hot, then cool and add ice. I recommend this for ginger tea lovers.

So came across this one and looked this brand up, very popular in the Caribbean plus my parents are also from there. So gave it a try and my god it was good, it tastes exactly the same as grinding and boiling down raw ginger you can buy anywhere; but if your time is limited it's one of the best instant ginger tea. To be honest, this isn't exactly what I think of as a tea. I had a couple of boxes of Caribbean Dreams Ginger Tea in teabags that I brought with me from the Caribbean, and I was looking for more of the same. This version of Caribbean Dreams Ginger Tea comes in powder form in small packets rather than teabags. However, it dissolves instantly in hot water, leaving no residue behind, and it is super gingery. In fact, it's so gingery that I use only half a packet at a time. But I love the taste of the ginger powder even more than the teabags because it is so vibrant and fresh. It's the closest thing to using freshly-sliced ginger that I have come across. I suspect it could be used in cooking when a recipe calls for ginger, but I haven't tried that yet. Highly recommended for ginger lovers!

I just add hot water and drink this whenever I have a stomach upset, or bad digestion etc. It really is fantastic as helps with everything. I would recommend
