Great Tripod for Desktop Applications
I ordered this tripod after ordering a different, cheapie one. When it came, I liked it so much I ordered a second one. This unit has all the adjustability and stability you need for desktop videoconferencing. The materials and manufacturing are also very good. Overall, pro quality in a small, lightweight package at an affordable price -- what's not to like? I just wish that Huepar would also offer the quick release plate as a separate item, so that I could leave a plate attached to each device that I would want to mount atop the tripod. I checked their website and such an item is not offered.

Gives a little more height when needed.
Not perfect and the plastic seems kinda cheap, but otherwise works like it should.

Nice little tripod
Compact but easy to expand. The quick release clips make moving the legs easy. I only use a light weight camera on it and it works well and is stable. The locks hold the platform where I put it. Easy to adjust. It was purchased for a specific small camera and does the job needed.

Not real stable, but hey, it’s a small one
I returned it. It didn’t meet my needs. I bought it because it was made by the same people as my laser level but it was just too small. I ended up getting a really nice Bosch one that works excellent.

Great with my Razer Kiyo
My webcam is the Razer Kiyo and I've always had a bit of trouble trying to get it to stay perched atop my monitor. This thing screws into the bottom and gives the Kiyo legs. It's very adjustable and I like that I can angle the camera down at the table to show people what my fingers are doing. This little tripod really makes the Kiyo much easier to use. It's also small and unobtrusive, so if I want to go downstairs to stream something from my laptop, I don't have to take it apart to do so.
