Love this stuff it works way better than Malibu for hard water. I have tried both Malibu and this and I come back to this every time. It works so much better and quicker.

I absolutely love this treatment to get the iron out of my hair but the price here is triple the cost compared to Sally’s Beauty

This product worked wonders!!! I had my hair highlighted 3weeks ago and washed my hair at our camp which has ALOT of Iron in it...my hair was orangish looking after 2 showers. I used this product and what a huge relief!!! My hair is back to my normal highlights!!! I left product on for 25-30 mins because I got caught up doing something else and rest assured it didn’t do any harm. I’m forever going to use this as needed!!!!

I ordered this after going on vacation in Punta Cana. My blonde hair is very porous especially because I highlight it and the iron in the water turned it ketchup red. According to the instructions, the packet is to be mixed with 2 oz. of water to create a "soft gel". After mixing, the solution was not a gel form at all, but pure liquid. My hair is slightly longer than shoulder length and very fine. Because one packet provided me with very little solution and it was liquid, I had to stretch it very thin to cover most of my hair. I think three packets would have been sufficient. I left it on for 20-30 minutes. After I rinsed and dried, I noticed a significant difference. It removed almost all of the red from my hair. I would recommend this to anyone with mineral buildup, but if you have thick or long hair I would buy at least 4 packets.

If your a blonde this treatment is a must. I use about once every six weeks to revive my hair. One packet I can use for about 2 or three treatments as a little goes a long way! I’ve been doing this for years, tried other brands but this is the one I prefer.

I color my hair red, which, as many know, tends to fade. What's worse is that it tends to fade unevenly. So I use this stuff before coloring my hair as well as the ion protein filler / pre color treatment. Its a hassle to use a number of different products before actually dying it when you color your own hair, but my hair is so long and thick, it would cost me a fortune to have it done professionally.And on that note - if you have long or thick hair, considering getting the spray bottles or multiple packets. To be sure you don't run out. This is one of those must haves for do it yourself dye jobs. Protecting the health of your hair is half the battle, and the other half is getting even results that look as good as you'd hoped for. Ion products in general help make at home dying easier, although not fool proof, just FYI. If you've never done it before...read more than just product reviews on products like these. Do some actual research first.

Did not work very well. I followed the instructions very closely and did everything they said to do. Next tim e I will just be going to the salon and having them do a “detox” mask on my hair for just a few dollars more

Used before seeing my stylist bc she didnt have enough time open for a clarifying trearmwnt and full highlight. I used product a few hours before heading to salon. I have very hard water and discoloring to my blonde hair from the hard water minerals. My stylist noticed a hugh difference. My color application looked great. My blonde was true blonde instead of brassy.
