Good product and excellent service

I ordered this for my mum as an exact replacement for her old one. I'm a 58 year old woman (my mum is 85) and I fitted this myself. It was very straightforward with easy to follow instructions

Mira Advance ATL Flex Extra 8.7KW Thermostatic Electric Shower 1.1785.005 is a good shower for disabled person and has a nice handle to change it's the temperature. It is a bit pricey considering it's basically for disabled people although they keep that hidden. This product came with a lot of packaging which contained a lot of unrecyclable waste.There are two things that are very complicating in it and initially caused a headache for us is the indicator light which does not stay study until the water has reached it's temperature unlike it's predictor where the light was steady when it came on and flickered or went of when something went wrong.The other one is the manual which is a bit confusing to follow as it shows a bluetooth connection which is not described well.Although I am a prime member I never got a next day delivery and it was further delayed by one week with neither Amazon or the company not bothering to get in or even sending an email. until I got in touch and then I was informed that it was delayed. This was a big problem for us as our previous shower had stopped working as it was in the peak winter. Therefore I recommend it caution.

Easy to install. Replaced an old mira Atl Advance shower. Great performance. Would recommend

This was purchased in 2023 and still looks brand new.It replaced another 'Mira Shower' which was 15 years old. This has a simple "On/Off Button"- plus a Temperature Dialwhich turns from "1-9" and every family - member finds this shower fantastic.For anyone to suggest this shower is designed for a disabled person is doing this shower a serious injustice.This Mira Shower is designed for everyone to both use and enjoy which we do.Nick
