This tool makes buttoning shirts easy. Some shirts have button holes that a very small making it very hard to get the button through. This makes it easy to button your shirt.

When your hands are not strong, this item is a life saver. It makes putting on a shirt much easier.

I was looking for a tool that would help me with buttons both on and off me as well as for zippers. I have the beginnings of degenerative arthritis in my right hand from years of repetitive use. I was only unbuttoning my clothing enough to get it on and off. I laundered my shirts with half the buttons still buttoned. This little tool works great. I do need more practice but it has been useful especially for those tiny buttons. The handle is nice and wide making for an easy grip. It is covered with black ridged rubber which adds to the ease of holding it. The zipper pull does not work because the hook is too thick to use on my jeans and shorts. It does work on my boots. This has been the problem mentioned in most of the other reviews as well and I knew that when I bought it. I did not buy this tool for the zipper pull. I intend to buy a separate tool. I thought it was weird that the combo tools either worked well for buttons or for zippers but not both. Also I do not button the very top button like in a man's shirt so I cannot attest to the ease with that.

If you like for a hair style to look like you have not used hair spray, you will like this spray. I have straight, thin hair. I like this spray because it is not heavy on my hair…it is a light spray that holds my style and I can comb it out and restyle/touch up the next day!

I have neuropathy and arthritis in my hands and buttoning my shirt has become an Olympic event. I have used the Button Hook for sometime, and it makes buttoning my shirt a doable task.

Old. Arthritic. Buttons are difficult.This tool works. The wire is not really sturdy but it’s sturdy enough if you don’t act like a goon. Other varieties of these are stronger. Turns out the flex in the finer wire makes this work like a breeze. This is the one.Now I can do my own buttons again. That has value. A lot of value, to be exact.

I have two of these and have even bought one for a friend. I no longer get frustrated when trying to button something with unyielding fingers. This works great and quick. It also is very useful in pulling up the zipper on my jeans and other slacks. If you have problematic fingers - this is the way to go!
