I was nervous switching to stainless because of all the warnings that you have to learn to cook differently. It doesn't take long to switch (you use less heat), it cooks so much better, clean up is a snap, and no toxic chemicals.

These pots are worth the splurge. I have cooked with a lot of pots these “premium” are the absolute best. Nothing sticks, evenly cooks and very high quality makes these my go pots. I bought one premium not the classic and it was my favorite pot. When I saw this set on sale on Amazon I jumped at the chance to get them. The pots were packed well and arrived in tact. They look good too. I absolutely love these pots.

Overall the quality of this set seems pretty great. The heat distribution is great, the entire pan gets hot, versus my old non-stick pans that had hot and cold spots. As long as you follow the "rules" with stainless steel - heat the pan until hot, then add oil and coat the surface - nothing sticks and they clean up very easily. However, I am really disappointed that one of the lids in the set came with rust under the handle. For a more expensive set I would expect better quality, especially considering I've never had any rusting in my pans, even the cheapest sets. So I'm knocking a star off for that. They are also very heavy pans so that may be an issue for some, I find that it can be a struggle to hold the larger pans in one hand as I pour food out of it.

We love our set, very good quality! Sturdy! You have to learn how to cook with a non stick surface and much healthier for you!

Amazing pans! First set of stainless steel pans and I’m so glad I went with these! They Wash beautifully in the dishwasher. Love!

I love these pans. I’ve heard air of the past comments say how hard they are to clean. I’ve had a few of the “non stick “ pans. No thank you. I’ve read about how hard they are to clean. First off my pans do not go in a dish washer. I really use the pans, lot of heat, a lot of things that stick. I simply soak overnight put a little bar keeper in the water. Clean them out in the morning oil them with olive oil and hang them. I love these pans

Only giving 1 star cuz it's making me pick at least 1. I was excited about ss and was very disappointed after using. I'm returning my set. I read lots about how to cook with ss, watched videos and asked people that have ss. I did everything right and my food always sticks. Also, they don't clean up well at all. Even after using sos pads, bar keepers friend, etc. Don't waste your money, don't buy!
