I've bought a lot of supplements and usually, you can't tell if its working or doing you any good. This is not one of those supplements!!! It helps you completely empty your bowels. I was amazed as I've struggled with IBS for 20 years and this was the one supplement that really helped me....sadly its been out of stock for a long time 😢 and I broke down and ordered the same supplement from a different company and it was a total waste of money. It just can't compare to this brand....please bring it back soon 🙏

I ordered this product and five others from the same company, Toniiq. I received the following today: Tart Cherry, Ashwagandha, Maca, Olive Leaf, Resveratrol, and Triphala. I’ve never tried supplements besides a multivitamin and a fish oil pill. Since I’m getting older and trying to get healthier by actually hiring a trainer, reducing my caloric intake, and making better life choices, I thought I would try these since after some research, they fit the bill for what I’m looking for. Although I am a nurse and currently in grad school to become a nurse practitioner, I not going to review these based on the effects. Seriously, I’m taking those 6 pills a day, plus the vitamin and fish oil pill, plus a blood pressure medicine. It’s poly-pharmacy off the charts so anything I experience is going to be skewed because I can’t be sure of what is doing what for me.Instead, I will review the packaging and the content of the “bottles”. All 6 bottles were sealed very nicely in plastic. Once opened there is another interior seal, and all were intact. I did not detect any broken capsules inside, nor did I experience and “chemical” smells. Overall the products look very professional. I expect to notice the effects in a week or two since it takes the body some time to grow accustomed to anything.So based on what I’ve seen so far, I’ll rate it 5 stars. The only thing I would like to have changed is how they are shipped. 4 bottles were in one box and 2 in another and there was not “packaging” type material in either box to absorb any type of shipping abuse that may occur.

I don't often leave reviews- but this product has helped my "lazy colon muscles" start working again. I do have to take a dose in the morning and a dose at night- I haven't been taking it quite 2 weeks and it has already made a difference. It is a slow cleanse- not a fast one. But I would rather that!! If you have chronic constipation you likely won't have the laxative effect some reviewers mention at least not in the first few weeks. Much better than prescription meds for chronic constipation and much better than over the counter stuff. As an FYI if you are on laxatives to help you go you will likely need them still for a little while. Triphala is also helpful for chronic BV- if you're a gal that might be useful too! Great product. I will keep taking it!!

Very effective product. Helps improve my digestion. I take 3 capsules an hour before bedtime to keep me regular.

Copied Your Experience : I have studied Ayurveda for many years, I have taken Triphala in powder form before with very good results. Now with this presentation is easier and much more effective, I take two pills in the morning and two before going to bed. The feeling of bloating has disappear and I have an overall feel great digestion.

I really love to take Triphala on the night before my days off from work, because I know I’m going to have amazing sleep, with vivid dreams and deep sleep. I check my sleep on my Fitbit after taking Triphala, and it always reflects a higher percentage of REM and deep sleep when I take Triphala. I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed. As someone who eats a plant-based diet, I try to only take this about twice a week, because I am already very regular. I could definitely see this helping someone who is having trouble in that area, though. Also, you will feel overall much better from having this as a regular part of your life. I also really appreciate Triphala’s high antioxidant levels, as it contributes to lower levels free radicals in the body, resulting in less visible aging, when taken over time. I definitely plan on purchasing this supplement again, and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in it’s benefits.

I have taken triphala before from a different company without significant results. This product really seems to do the trick in helping with digestive issues. In times when I am more irregular, taking 2 tablets 2 times per day seems to help, but on most days I take 2 pills one time a day. The pills are tasteless (which is a good thing), with no aftertaste. I will definitely use this product again.

The pills seemed weak to me. I bought this for scabies and I still have scabies... i did notice that the mite borrows were puffy as though my body were fighting but the pills did not pack enough punch to kill them off... i must say customer service is great as i emailed the company and got a specific answer to my inquiry with 24 hours of my email. I am sad to leave this review but it is my experience and could be better for someone else. Everyone is different it could just be me.
