Great customer service I decided to change my review on this dress, as it honestly turned out to be perfect. My husband and I willingly planned our wedding in 6 weeks. For no other reason than wanting a specific date, and that's just how we do things lol. This company was great in terms of customer service. They were always in constant contact, emailing me back with any questions I had. When the dress arrived (I had to sign for it, you may have to, too) and I opened it up, I was pleased. When I tried it on... I panicked. It was sooo long and the bottom half seemed so stiff, rough tulle, not flowly like I wanted. It was the length. The dress otherwise nearly fit perfectly. But because of this giant poof of tulle at the bottom of me, I was like oh no... My mother in law took me to her amazing seamstress and for less than $100 - she perfected the dress. I had so much hemmed off the bottom, but still left a bit of a train. This changed everything, and especially after steaming the dress, it became more soft and flowy, like I desired. I was SO happy. Sooooo happy. She also sewed my bra in-to the dress so it wouldn't hang out anywhere, and added one small clip on the inside, right above my butt. I can't even describe how relieved and happy I was that this worked out. This was the only dress I tried on! And after all said and done, I loved it. Our wedding was perfect and the dress photographed well, especially with that champagne colored underlay. I bought the ivory/champagne colored dress. The pearls on the top half are even of nice quality...not cheap looking. I was worried about them coming loose or falling off, but they stayed on just fine. Silver jewelry matched precisely as well. Straps were perfect. Don't be like me and not realize until weeks later that there is already a loop installed inside the dress at the bottom (unless my seamstress snuck this in). I told her I didn't want the dress altered to clip-up in the back. (I forget the term.) But knowing the loop was there would have helped me on our wedding night. It's a beautiful dress. Just count on getting alterations to perfect it to your own body. And steam it! Handheld steamers are about $10-20. O, & if you are looking for the softest veil ever, type in "Italian tulle veil" on Amazon- also amazing.

The dress was beautiful!! I added a few Swarovski stones to the bottom and a belt and made it my own. Someone asked if it was couture, the dress was so beautiful. I strongly recommend going a size up. I'm top heavy and there wasn't any room for the girls. Luckily I know how to sew and found some matching material to add to the back and just move the buttons and hole onto the added fabric. It was super long as well and cut quite a bit off the bottom (luckily so as I used the inside champagne colored material to add to the back) Aside from the size being too small up top, it was a very beautiful dress!!!! And killer price!!! What a deal!!!
