Sanitary and easy to clean, but hard to handle
This cat litter scoop is just the right size to use with the Litter Genie. The stainless steel is more sanitary than plastic, and is easier to clean. The only drawback is that the scoop itself is a little flat, so clumps are hard to collect and tend to roll off unless you hold it at the perfect angle all the way to the Litter Genie (or whatever container you use).

Rounded edges good for new boxes but Scooper is too small
Bought to scoop litter in boxes with rounded corners (Nature's Miracle - great boxes except for rounded corners). It's attractive, strong, the handle length is good and it maneuvers the corners nicely but the scoop is small and doesn't hold much. It would be better if it was larger - deeper, wider and the sides were angled more to contain the goodies. However, it's hard to find rounded edge scoopers so I'll use it just for corners and my reliable DuraScoop for the rest.

Good product, good value for the money too
Not quite as sturdy as the Inox slotted scoop I am currently using (which you can no longer buy), but way better than the typical kitty litter scoop you usually see. I recommend this if you do a lot of scooping... we have 35 cats so we certainly do!

Good Quality Bad Design
Good quality, but poop doesn't stay on the scoop, and the handle is really too short. I wasn't careful enough when checking out the size. I have a large cat, and need a more generous sized scoop. I have bad knees, so I needed a longer handle.

Best for a multi-cat household!
These are the best. A few years ago I got sick and tired of plastic scoops breaking in the middle of a scoop! I went looking for a metal one and found this kind. I've had it for years and just recently decided a new one was in order, though there was nothing really wrong with it.I've seen some of the reviews from people who didn't like that the solid bits rolled off. It's true, they sometimes do. But in a multi-cat household, what I was looking for was a strong scoop that could stand up with big and heavy clumps and this does that every time. Do tiny, tiny pieces of litter or other things fall through the slats? Yes. Still not as important to me as the scoop not breaking off when confronted with a large clump.I would never go back to a plastic scoop!
