Kuhn Rikon 22811 Colori Non-Stick Straight Paring Knife with Safety Sheath, 19.5 cm, Red

I bought this to replace my old one, which I'd lost!! These knives are just brilliant, I was lost without my other one. They're light, feel good in the hand, have a sensible sheath in which to store (they're very sharp!) The price is good and delivery prompt. On thinking about it I should probably get a set, they're the best I've used.

I bought this knife for my camping cookset. Size and weight are important. At 150g including the sheath it fits the bill. The blade is very sharp. The sheath is an easy and secure fit For lightweight backpacking or bike touring it is perfect. As a kitchen knife for home use the blade is perhaps a touch thin and flexible but that may be personal choice. For bike touring it is a perfect compromise between cost, size, and weight.

Exactly what I needed when a well used knife gave up the ghost and the blade came away from the handle. Getting to the shops was difficult because of lockdown so Amazon to the rescue yet again. I wanted a short pointed knife which would slice kiwi fruit, grapes, tomatoes, etc, rather than reducing them to a pulpy mess. There were plenty of sets of knives to choose from but I only wanted a single knife. Decided to take the chance with this one and so pleased I did, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable handle and very smooth cut, wipes clean easily and comes with a protective sheath for safe storage. All in all a great little knife

I bought two of these to replace two older knives that had seen better days. There are extremely sharp and do glide through fruit and veg with very little resistance and have a very sharp point to the included sheath is very welcome. Only had a week so can’t comment on durability yet but they look well made. My only negative is the handle which I find a little thin in the hand but it might just be me as a I have bigger than average hands! Overall, happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Needed a new small kitchen knife and this one is perfect. Easy to locate in the drawer being red. It’s really sharp and the blade cover makes it safe when not in use. Will definitely buy this brand again.

Love this knife. Really sharp, cuts very easily, and its good looking. The handle is soft, so its comfortable when u cut into anything

This is a great all-purpose knife and one of my go-to knives when cooking. This non-stick Paring Knife is sharp, lightweight and really nice to use. The knife is very stylish and easy to sharpen back to new quality. I don't use the knife protector sleeve as I have a magnetic knife rack, but definitely would use it if the knife went in the drawer, as this would keep its sharpness. Treat the knife well by washing it by hand. dishwashers blunt and rust knives!

Lo sto usando per tagliare la pasta di zucchero ed è fenomenale. Molto meglio dei cutter specifici, assolutamente da provare!

Un peu petit, mais très bon tranchant

Piccolo coltello per mille usi. Si affila in un attimo e si lava perfettamente grazie al rivestimento antiaderente. Da evitare assolutamente la lavastoviglie.
