I was a loyal Monistat user until recently, I discovered that it was no longer the quality treatment it was in the past. And I believe the reason for this decline in quality in Monistat is due to the fact that it is no longer owned by McNeil and is owned by Insight Pharmaceuticals.Vagistat on the other hand is owned by Novartis which is a renowned pharmaceutical company.This Vagistat yeast infection treatment was extremely effective and got rid of my infection completely. It was not messy or runny and the included cream for the infection on the outer skin adhered to the skin well so that it did not have to be reapplied throughout the day.This was my first time using Vagistat and I was really impressed with the quality and its much more affordable price. The price of Monistat has really gotten ridiculous.I will definitely purchase this again but hopefully that will be some time from now because nobody likes having a yeast infection but with this medicine it went by quickly and with very little hassle.

Love this 3 day treatment! I’ve only used one night so far and I’m already doing/feeling so much better! It’s amazing!!! Make sure to follow the directions and you’ll notice major improvement after the first night. Quickest acting yeast infection treatment I’ve ever used and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! Price is excellent and I will definitely purchase again because it’s the fastest relief I’ve ever experienced. Also because it’s just a 3 day treatment and not messy like the 7 day cream treatments. Not messy at all! It’s perfect for me!

I bought this Vagistat pack because it was cheaper than buying Monistat in the store. While I appreciate that they come in the little bullets pre-packaged, the miconazole (active ingredient) is uncomfortable and burns my sensitive skin. However, these are great for when I am really desperate to get rid of an infection fast.

Well I guess it worked... got a dreaded yeast infection from antibiotics. Besides a sort of "full" feeling down there it wasn't really uncomfortable. No burning or anything else. I applied this right before bedtime and it seems to have done it's job. I would purchase it again.

The itching, the burning, the stelthy public scratching. Don't worry, Amazon's got your back as always, this stuff works great! Cheaper than going to Walgreens if you can stand waiting a day for shipping. I find vagistat burns less than monistat, even though it's the same active ingredient. It also seems to be slightly less messy? Still, prepare for 3 days of leaking oily discharge that only comes off with soap and water. I prefer a topical treatment like this to the systemic prescription pill, just seems more "natural." I'll be ordering again next time I need this.

I apologize for the graphic nature of this review. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was so bad that I had to say something. I'm well-versed in how to use this product, this is not my first time. This was so messy it was unbelievable. After I inserted the product, when I pulled the applicator back out the module came with it. And you can understand that after inserting it in such a hot area of the body, it started to melt and made it much more difficult to keep having to reinsert it. I was flat on my back in the most comfortable position to do something like this but for some reason the product just kept clinging to the part of the applicator that you push in through the middle whenever I had to pull the applicator out. After a few tries I literally had to shove the module up there with my own fingers and forgo the applicator. I have never experienced this before and this makes me dread the next two nights I have to do this. I never have had this problem with Monistat and I don't know if it's just a fluke. I really hope it is because this is going to get real annoying if I have to go through this the next two nights. I can't say as to how the product works yet but even if it does, I don't think I would repurchase due to the experience I had just putting the product in.

I used this item all 3 nights in a row and my infection came back a few days later. I later found some pills you can take for two months to help you balance the yeast. Went with them instead and havent had issues since.

I find it most upsetting when people take the time to write negative reviews and don't thoroughly explain why.I almost didn't buy this product because of such negative reviews, but I decided to try it anyway.As a woman the issues we face in our most private areas needs to be highlighted and any feedback to help with those issues are quite essential.THIS PRODUCT WORKS!I have been suffering from BV for about a little over a week, but have had a recurrence in the past.Usually, I go to the doctor they give me all this medicine that works, but causes other issues and when it comes back the process begins all over again. I am also taking Goldenseal Echinacea twice a day for 45 days and this product for three. I saw a difference in the first day. It's day two and everything is back to normal. LADIES, THIS PRODUCT WORKS! I highly recommend it with the Goldenseal Echinacea vitamin. Good Luck!
