This fragrance was first introduced by Jean Desprez, Paris in 1917. The fragrance was discontinued then re-released by Jean Desprez in 1973 in a limited edition. It is now DISCONTINUED and hard to find. We are offering a bottle from the 1970’s. Jardanel starts with an aldehydic and leathery opening with muted citrus. The middle notes are rose, jasmine, myrrh, and saxon moss. The base notes are earthy and leathery and very chypre, with vetiver, oakmoss, and leather. The final dry down is musky and very much like Shalimar.
