Good to go
I’m a well built guy, super active and fit and I assumed these would be junk so ordered the 350lb one, I can assure you they’re not junk, I can get it to binge and maybe get 1/3 of a full contraction but Defiently to big for me, gonna buy some 250’s and try those

Met Expectations
The Hand Exerciser was what I expected. At 350 lbs it is not something easily compressed. It does offer a work out even by just compressing it (or attempting to) just a small amount.

Got ahead of myself bought the 350 pounds thinking it wouldn't match up to what is said but def is cant even squeeze a bit, thinking of buying the full set and slowly graduate because honestly it is what it advertises

Grips
The price now makes sense after receiving the hand grip but the photo in the original ad is misleading as it shows a set of five or so grips. So I thought I was getting a whole set. Anyway just be aware of that

Strong
I purchased the 350lb grip. I'm a big guy with a sub 700 deadlift. I can barely squeeze the 350lb one.

Its tougher than you know
Way tougher than I expected. Grip is shotty. I have big hands and a good grip, lighter is the key. I did go full boar though. Grips= not enought
