So please with this pillow which is so comfortable and has helped such a lot with the discomfort I have in my shoulder by giving much better support

The media could not be loaded.  There is no support at all for side sleepers. When you lie on it the button sticks in your head as there is no support to keep it away. The material is shiny and makes you sweat. Definitely not worth the asking price and definitely not fit for purpose. I will be returning this item.

Wasn’t what I expected , to flimsy not like a pillow should be wouldn’t get another one .

Reasons for sidesleeping : snoring and occasional vertigo, and against sidesleeping : sensitive ears. This is the answer. It could do with being slightly wider and deeper with the centre hole being bigger but it still works well. 5 stars if it was slightly bigger. It should make rolling onto your back uncomfortable. The washable cover is essential.

This is a comfortable pillow for a side sleeper and also supports and cradles neck when reading or using a phone lying on your side in bed - saves a cricked neck! Another benefit is that it doesn't cause ear pain like some other pillows. It is substantial enough for support without being too bulky. It has a zipped removable cover for washing but I just put it inside a normal pillowcase which works fine. I would recommend this pillow

This pillow is of very poor quality. The product provides no support to head and neck as there is insufficient filling in the pillow. The pillow looks nothing like the photos on the site. Very small and not suitable for the support it is supposed to provide.Certainly not value for money, in fact a total waste of money and l would not recommend it at all.
